How customs is calculated

The customs value comes from the official table of the Customs Service of Tajikistan. Rates are applied to it (14% + 10% + 14% for passenger cars, a separate rate for trucks and machinery); the difference is the duty and taxes. The customs procedure fee (70, 150 or 450 $ depending on the value) is added, everything is converted to somoni at the National Bank rate, and the utilization fee is added.
